You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use alam4d services.
One account per person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your alam4d account credentials.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via local banks and e-wallets. KYC verification is required before withdrawals.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse promotional offers will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. alam4d will permanently close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information updated at all times via your Account settings or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. alam4d will treat all activity conducted under your credentials as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify alam4d immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). alam4d is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions.
Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of KYC verification. Required documents include a valid Indonesian National ID card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie holding the ID document. Processing time is typically 1–24 hours. alam4d may request additional documents at its sole discretion.
alam4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in IDR via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). No foreign currency accounts or international wire transfers are accepted. No cryptocurrency payments are accepted at this time.
Deposits are typically credited to your alam4d Account within 3 minutes of successful bank confirmation. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. alam4d does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which alam4d accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business period. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered Account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 will be deducted from the dormant Account Balance, provided the Balance is greater than zero. alam4d will provide reasonable advance notice before applying dormancy fees.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by alam4d are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits, which are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total wagering volume of Rp 3.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked on those funds.
alam4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk or mathematically certain strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements; placing hedged bets across markets to neutralize risk while wagering through bonuses. alam4d reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim derived winnings, and permanently restrict accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
Bonuses that have not been wagered through within the stated expiry period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
alam4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the wager exceeds posted limits; a technical error has caused incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed; or the wager is placed after an event has commenced where live betting is not available for that market.
Where odds, payouts, or prize amounts are published due to a manifest error — including typographical mistakes, software faults, or data feed failures — alam4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the original stake to the Member's Account. This applies regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed.
All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers — are governed by the specific sport rules and market rules published in the Platform's sportsbook section. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to the additional condition that alam4d may suspend markets at any time without prior notice.
Togel draws are conducted by independent operators, and alam4d acts as an intermediary platform. Results are published in accordance with the official draw schedule of each market (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau, Taiwan, Japan). alam4d is not responsible for delays caused by the originating draw authority.
All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
alam4d is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible to all Members free of charge: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion (available for periods ranging from 1 week to permanent). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:
All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to the alam4d brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of alam4d or its licensed suppliers and content partners.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any alam4d trademark or brand element in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by alam4d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alam4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
alam4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not alam4d was advised of the possibility of such losses:
alam4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or receipt of a regulatory or legal directive requiring such action.
Upon termination for cause, any Account Balance consisting solely of real-money funds (net of any bonus amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding investigations.
A Member may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Accounts undergoing active investigations or holding outstanding wagering requirements may not be immediately closed. Upon approved closure, any eligible remaining Balance will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.
alam4d operates as a licensed and internationally regulated entity. Members acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change, and that alam4d's ability to offer services may be affected by legislative or regulatory developments beyond its control. alam4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Members of any material changes to its service availability.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through alam4d's customer support channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
alam4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, alam4d will notify Members via the email address registered to their Account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and submit an Account closure request. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
